Caramelised Onion, Anchovy and Wild Garlic Pesto Pizza

Ok folks
Follow all the steps in “Pizza, It’s so easy, you’ll never buy another one”
Make the caramelised onions by slicing 1 large onion thinly. To a frying pan add a good glug of olive oil and then the onions. Cook on a high heat for a minute or two constantly stirring, the turn the heat down very low and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally

Spread the onions evenly over your cheesy topping
Take 3 anchovy fillets and cut into small pieces

Place the anchovies around the pizza and finally add some of Frank’s Wild Garlic Pesto

 

 

 

Mix the pesto with some olive oil and drop it randomly around the pizza before, and after cooking the pizza

The world is your oyster when it comes to inventing toppings for pizza. But if I hear of anyone putting baked beans on, then there will be retributions!
